ZAP Entertainment began as the Hollywood news bureau for

several European television networks including CANAL+, Movistar+,

Premiere and RTL. The company initially produced daily

entertainment news content as well as customized coverage of

awards shows and festivals, including the Academy Awards®, Golden

Globes®, Sundance, the Toronto and Telluride Film Festivals and

SXSW.

As ZAP gained the trust of the creative community it began

offering specialized production services to both Hollywood and

international players, marketing and PR agencies, film studios,

streamers and independent producers and distributors alike. The services include TV press junkets - traditional as well as virtual - EPKs,

marketing and promotional videos, events coverage and generic

coverage.

ZAP went on to produce television series for both domestic and international distribution. These include WHAT IT TAKES, GUI EN HOLLYWOOD, SCREENSLAM’S MOVIE WEEK, CLOSE-UP, SPOTLIGHT

HOLLYWOOD and HOLLYWOOD ON SET.

With exceptional access and an ever-growing library of thousands of

hours of original footage ZAP launched its licensing service ScreenSlam Archive offering its library of more than 110,000 clips of original Hollywood footage for worldwide licensing.
 

ZAP went online with ScreenSlam, a popular YouTube channel

showcasing some of our celebrity interviews, premieres, behind-the-scenes of movies and series, press conferences, award shows, film festivals, and more.
